Position: Assistant Manager – HR
A Reputed Company is looking for Assistant Manager – HR. Candidate must have ability to support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Should have experience in Policy process and employee engagement activities.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Participating in recruitment efforts
Must have around 3 to 4 years of Operational HR/generalist role experience.
Minimum Bachelors with relevant field (Masters in HR will be preferred)
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources position
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Familiarity with resume databases
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
