Habib Oil Mills (HOM): “Management Trainee Program 2021-22”
Our MT programme focuses on developing and nurturing the talent of high potential individuals. Throughout the program candidates will face challenges and tasks that will test their resilience, enabling them to grow as future leaders.
All the candidates who are eager to make their professional mark will have to go through a rigorous application process where their interpersonal, communication, and analytical thinking skills will be tested. The application process will comprise four phases, as explained below.
Phase 1: Introduction
In this phase, applicants will send in their resumes at email@example.com and a 60 Seconds self-introductory video where they will introduce themselves and elaborate on their area of interest and why it is their choice.

Phase 2: Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will go through written assessment. The candidates’ talent will be analyzed on the following criteria:
Phase 3: Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview with HOD’s.
Phase 4: Onboarding
A short ceremony will be organize to celebrate the addition of successful candidates to HOM’s Family.
MT Program Inauguration: October 2021
Duration: 12 months
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree
CGPA: 3.00 & Above

What we are Looking For:
*A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3
*Good sense of business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills
*Team players with strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Self-driven and ambitious in delivery of results
*Exhibit the ability to influence others with integrity, takes initiative and embraces change.
Age: maximum 25 years (at the time of hiring)
